Terms of Use – Zinga Labs

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zinga Labs website, platform, and related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services, unless you participate under a program that allows younger users with parental, school, or institutional authorization.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account unless you promptly notify us of suspected misuse.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, design, methods, and software related to the Services are owned or licensed by Zinga Labs. Except where explicitly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Programs & Partnerships

Participation in accelerators, venture studio programs, or funding schemes may be governed by separate contracts setting out funding terms, equity, confidentiality, and other rights and obligations. In case of conflict, such program-specific agreements prevail over these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools (e.g., email providers, payment processors, authentication providers). We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zinga Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

10. Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute may be submitted to the competent courts of the canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
