User Data Deletion — Zinga Labs

If you created a Zinga Labs account (email or social login: Facebook, Google, Telegram, TikTok), you can request deletion of your personal data.

1. Delete Account from Dashboard

When the feature is available, you can go to:
Dashboard > Settings > Delete my account.
This will permanently delete your profile and login data from our systems.

2. Request by Email (Manual Deletion)

You can also send an email to sysops@zingalabs.org with the subject line: “Account deletion request”.

Please include the email address linked to your Zinga Labs account and the social provider used (if any).

3. Processing Time

We process deletion requests within 72 hours and remove your personal data from our active systems, except information we must keep for legal or security reasons.
